Clearing a lot with a track loader (skid steer) and a disk mulcher 

In this video I have a contractor (Bobcat Services) clearing my lot using a Kubota SVL97-2 track loader and an annihilator disk mulcher. This machine combo made short work of many trees and laid everything down flat.
