Nice solo job Brian. You and your dad has put a lot hard work in this property, i remember not so long ago it was all grown up and nature had pretty much reclaimed it. Looks great. Hard work never hurt anyone. Take care, won't be long till your son will be going out to help you and Terry. I bet he's pap's pride and joy.
