I find it interesting that in the plant section, you showed a cannabis plant, yet didn’t speak to it. With legalization in Canada and WA, Oregon, etc, how is affected?!
Would I need to do anything to travel from Puget Sound to Ketchikan via international waters, or even to depart from say Anacortes, venture out to international waters, then return to Anacortes?
