Not in California. Environmentalists will not allow them to remove any plant fearing that some endangered bugs might be ln there and they might get destroyed
Meanwhile the grass and road gravel are so thick along the road that the rain water can’t go down into the ditch but instead travels down the side of the road and turns right down my driveway. Floods my yard and has almost flooded the house several times.
You would be surprised at the ingenuity of some city, county and/or state highway workers. This is a great idea, but being invented by workers doesn't surprise me at all. Well done!
Doubt that’s in the US …. #1-Counties won’t spend the money #2 they have to find an operator, that wants to work (and do it right) and doesn’t think he’s worth $100 an hour 😂
