I'm doing a V8 swap into a car right now too, it's a poor man's version though. Have a 78 Corolla and I'm putting a SBC 350, the whole cost for me probably costs less than your intake lol but I have a supercharger for it. I'm jealous man enjoy your build and car!

Dustin Evans I guess you don’t like the sound of this supercharged engine because it is a “screw style” (Whipple blower) and not a “roots style” supercharger. Sorry I was scrolling comments and couldn’t resist busting your chops a bit about the “(roots style)” comment when it was mentioned that it had a Whipple Blower on it but I do agree I love the sound of Supercharged engine (regardless of style).

id blame the heat on they're not being any shroud on the radiator and intercooler , the shape of the car could be creating stagnant or turbulent air around the engine as well. plus its so low i bet the trans is getting extra hot having zero airflow around and under it.

Wicked awesome car but waaaay too low for practical drivability. Still it'll be really cool when it's finished. They'll definitely have to address a few things.
