When I listen to these quartets that don’t make it past the semifinals, I’m often left stunned at the talent that doesn’t get the recognition it deserves. These guys are just as good as a medalist quartet in my books.

It's unfortunate that this kind of performance will likely be shunned following their re-examination of policy. I hope there's still a place for these kinds of performances on the big stage... maybe in the comedy quartet category?
