Ok so I have arrived with the stupid question. I am 65 and just started getting into boxing. Been training and hitting heavy bag. I live in Thailand and will do a boxing camp soon. Plan on sparring, potentially even Senior masters. I have been accumulating gear in prep. This is Western boxing camp, not Muai Thai to be clear. I purchased a cup....and compression short adv for combat sport but now I see these, and thought ok these are worn outside the boxing shorts? But then guys say they fight fights with them inside the shorts? I am confused? This replaces the cup I purchased for sparring and all? And what I have is just for MMA? Help help!! 😂Thanks.
