Will Brennan of the Cleveland Guardians is an up and coming prospect for one of the 2022 AL Central division winner. Entering 2022, the Guardians were not expected to be competitive, but thanks to contributions from a plethora of talented young players, including Will Brennan they were able to make it to the ALDS. Brennan is an outfielder who is expected to play a corner spot, but has the ability to play center as well. Expect BIG things from Brennan in 2023 and beyond!

I think Oscar will DH more as Brennan is a better fielder. Oscar has a better arm though. Plus Brennan hitting lefty versus Oscar righty gives Brennan opportunity to hit when there’s right handed pitching, which is more common than lefty. I’m confident Tito will find a way to get them all on the field. I think Arias will be fighting for playing time as well though. I’ve liked what I’ve seen from him thus far in spring and in the postseason last year.

I love Will for our team. He bonds with everybody and he’s great at both hitting and fielding. Seeing this video after watching a lot of the season, your take is spot on. I think he’s here to stay for a little while, even though my brother says he’s getting traded (I disagree)

Brennan is nice but he won't be replacing Kwan in the outfield. I can see Brennan replacing Straw since offensively Straw is very inconsistent. Kwan is a good outfielder and one of the better hitters in this squad.

I don’t suspect him taking over for Kwan, but for Straw instead. He needs to get settled in, and Kwan is too good of an on base guy who truly hasn’t gotten back to his 2022 self yet so hopefully he can get it going heading into the second half

I wish there was a way to watch minor league games on my tv. If the games were on tv I’d be able to watch more prospects. The off days of mlb teams they should show it. Ex: Yankees aren’t playing and it’s June. On YES Network they would show a minor league game if any of the Yankees teams r playing

I believe they show minor league games on MLB.tv now. Recently they added a whole section with highlights dedicated to their games and introduced a way where you can watch any minor league game

I think that question will be answered rather easily if Oscar isn’t able to rebound after a really rough start to 2023 where Cleveland sent him down. Hopefully he can bounce back, but I’d say a position change or someone besides those two will need to get traded

I think being young and having the 2nd best record in baseball is pretty cozy to me! I sleep very well after a Guardians game! Let's get it! This is the Yr we get it done!

This video is from last year, but I never wished to imply that they aren't good, because that's not true. When I said youthful, that's not slander it actually is a compliment. Their core will be around for a LONG time. Last year and this year they are one of the most exciting teams to watch

He's off to a slow start but I wouldn't give up on Brennan yet. He's still only 26 and is in his second full season in the bigs

Brennan is pretty good, but Kwan’s the future of the team… he’s someone the Guardians will probably spend Lindor money to keep, and he’s probably more valuable than Lindor

@@christoph1596 Oh absolutely not over Kwan. He was already established when this was posted. I meant this in more of a "next star outfielder" light. Guards had a lot of outfield prospects that were looking promising, but I felt Brennan was the best of them at the time

Our system is nasty… I didn’t know he had that kinda minor league pedigree, but he still sucks. I’m not a will Brennan fan. I think he’s a parental mediocre left fielder, an Andrew Benintendi with a lower ceiling. Might get an all star appearance or two, but no more than that
