Working with this client was quite a journey. Long-distance transactions often make customers nervous, and in this case, the client had already been scammed. Sadly, scammers frequently prey on people in need. This situation required extra effort on my part, but it also fueled my determination to right the wrongs.
I focused on clear communication, transparency, and reassurance, assuring her that everything would be okay. This time, she was able to trust me, and I was able to fix the issues she had experienced. This is one of the reasons I love conducting these interviews: to provide assurance and demonstrate that reputable companies with integrity still exist.
