Cliff Richard - We Don’t Talk Anymore (Starparade, 11.10.1979) 

It’s crazy how a song can instantly take you back to a specific place and time. This song started playing in the U.S. just before Christmas of 1979 and was all over the radio in January and February of 1980. I was eight years old and can still remember what I was doing that snowy winter as this song played in the background.

I'm leaving this comment here so maybe after a week or a month or a year when someone likes it, I get reminded of this awesome song.

I was 13 in 1979. This song is still as fresh and catchy as it was back then. Cliff Richard is a superb singer and entertainer. I wish I had a time machine to go back to those lovely days.

Holy crap I was 14 when this song came out loved it then and now as 59 year old love it and appreciate it so much. Our era was awesome and amazing.

Cliff ! One of the best ever. Great performer, fantastic vocals, and no auto tune. Imagine that !! And a quality Christian guy. Today's artists could learn an awful lot from him. Music and artists like Cliff are near non existent today. I feel very fortunate to have been in my high school and young adult years when Cliff was putting out this great music ! My son is 26 and loves the great music of this era too. Most of Today's music is so lacking when compared to this. Sad.
