You guys, a tiny RU-vid channel with barely 9k subs, out here putting out the best RMAX content by far and putting the big channels to shame. Awesome, awesome work, everyone. If I lived anywhere even close to you, I'd be making purchases through you. Thanks again. I look forward to seeing what this can do against the General, Commander, etc. Would either of those machines handled the trail as well as the RMAX? I've never driven any so that is a legit question. Thank again!
This RMAX is a fabulous machine, Cliffhanger is a very difficult out and back trail. The RMAX just ate it up! This set of obstacles will raise the hair on the back of your neck for even the most experienced rider. The last time I went on Cliffhanger, two of the machines in our group rolled. Great job Jared!!
What an amazing trail! You made it look super easy. Are their trails out there that give views like this that a n00b could do? I've never been out West, just East coast trail systems. RMAX did amazing! Can't wait to get mine!
Killer video. Subscribed. Been to Moab a couple times and haven't tried that trail but I'm not sure I own a similar "pair" as you. I wonder how many RMAXs you just sold.
I'd really like to know how it compares to a RZR S1000 or 900 at speed? Or the General? It clearly crawls just fine, but how about rough trails and fire roads at speed? Like 30-50mph? How hard does it pull when you punch it at 30mph? Thinking about replacing my XP1K with an RMAX4, but it has to be able to run the east coast "rollercoaster" trails.
Would a stock 2021 YXZ be able to do this kinda terrain? I saw the whole 21 minutes, so would it be capable of those step ups (crawling, not sending it 😉) and descents down? I don't drive this kinda terrain, but it's just a question IF IT COULD... I live in Belgium so we don't have those kinda mountains here lol... But I'm buying or a RMAX 2 or YXZ SS SE soon but can't decide... I have grizzly 700 now, so used to the CVT and I know it rocks when climbing like this (in France I did that)
no the blue limited shocks are iqs, limited is the only one that has the setting switch in the cab, the other two models ya have to manually change the settings. i'm sure some time in the future you could upgrade the xtr or base model with the fox iqs shocks. give jarred a call he'll help you with any questions he can.
2021 unbelievable technology. Wrapped around a transmission patented in 1886. I'm sorry I can't stand the rubber band sound. Been better to give the yxz a transfer case with low range and 4 seat option.
I think a rmax4 would be just fine. All the weight on and mostly in front of the motor and all of it low to the frame plus heavy front diff etc so I dont think this thing is flipping backwards, mayb if not careful flip it sideways.
A kid that works for me is looking to get a Pioneer 1000. He plans on mostly trail riding. I have no experience with the pioneer or the r max. How do they compare for trails??
I have a Pioneer, Buying the RMAX now Even without the RMAX, I would say get the Yamaha! The Pioneer is not a great recreation machine from the factory. It has potential, but Yamaha did many things much much better than Honda did with this one.
wouldnt speak bout sound- ha -but ok- sounds like the krx- why - same motorconcept...guess all 2c parallel sound the same- aftermarketexhaust? or yamaha sport exhaust!??
Yes nice scenery but i would probably fall asleep after awhile. I dont care what kind of suspension you have. Rocks are rocks not to mention the boulders. Your beating the hell out of your machines, waite and see. I ride Ohio, Pa , and WV.. Small rock lots of mud creek bottoms and hill climbs. You can drive like there suppose to be driven. Not to metion its got to be heating the belt up, decreasing the service life. Dont get me wrong. Im sure your having a good time, but we do it a lot different where I'm from. Nice machine all the same.
I'll stick to the forest service roads at speed:) I just wouldn't want to beat on my machine every ride like that. I'll remember to never buy a used rock crawler!
RUTHLESS MOTOR SPORTS - BIG PINE SPORTS I know, I couldn't care less about top speed, lol. I'm not even in the market, I'm a satisfied KRX owner, looks like Yami has a winner on their hands though!
That rmax is just awful too look at!!!Performance and features be damned..and from what I understand,it's quite a machine..but it looks like a cardboard box with wheels..and as much as I want to..I just can't get past that!!Maybe that's my problem..but it's a problem none the less!!!It's screams farm..not performance!!But it looks like it can hold its own on that rocky terrain..I guess.....well....I guess....I'm just torn on the thing!!!!
