Ekko lost the game, baus didn't really win it. Dude was 2-0 at level 5. Didn't use the 700 gold from baus to build dmg and gank mid/bot. If he got other lanes ahead, they win easy, but instead, he kept going back to try and kill the streamer for less and less gold all while top turret is dying anyways. Baus was going to scale regardless, he went tank sion, not ad, should just use early gold from baus kills to gank other lanes.

​@@I3oozeAddict that is not broken at all - if you look at the teams gold difference, it would be apparent why. baus team had 57,200 gold~, while the enemy team had 51,700 gold~, a solid 5500 gold disadvantage, with baus team also having better vision score, and cs (massively, no shit) while they may be ahead in kills, kills dont necessarily give you power except on some very limited runes - gold does, and when the enemy team has no kills but is still up in gold, they will be stronger despite having no kills if watching baus hasnt taught you already, kills arent everything. not by a long LONG shot

I think the key is the tempo mismatching, bc somehow baus always gets huge CS lead over his opponent. And even if not, he can at least destroy the enemy ADC

Its a lot of Macro. While he does limit test and troll on stream, when he is off stream and actually trying super hard to climb, other streamers do give him props. He mainly came up with the strat cause Riot made Sion really weak during laning. As a result, he would always get something from dying, which is hard to do on other champs. When you die, the 300g isn’t the prize. It is what you do while your opponent is 100% off the map for X amount of time. Whether it is tower plates, a roam or even the free minions (an in return, the minions your opponent loses to the tower) that makes getting kills sometimes a 1000 gold swing into your favor. Sion somewhat negates that. His death timer ticks as he is in his passive death state. This means he gets more time “alive” while lowering his death timer, stopping too many massive swings from happening. You often see Baus killing an entire wave of minions in his death state, so his enemy can’t push, can’t get platings and can’t safely CS as the passive can easily kill them if they step up, especially if the fight got them low. This also causes them to back very late, letting Baus quickly come back, crash the wave (and getting more CS) and cause his enemy to lose gold. Its like a Uno reverse card. Baus is doing to the opponent what they would have done to him. As a result they get 300g from the kill, Baus gets like 150g from killing waves, but also causes the enemy to lose like 100g in CS. If he manages to kill the enemy that swing actually ends up making the death more worth it for him. Now it still means the enemy is getting a lot of gold from the kills, so only Baus can really answer his laner, but if done right, Baus can literally sit in a lane and take the base if his laner ignores him, but needs help to actually kill him. Like in this game, this pressure from existing lets his team have free reign on objectives and get them easily as it is a trade between fighting for Dragon or losing 3 towers. The reason why people in lower elos who try and copy Baus fail is because they have bad timing, bad knowledge, die for no CS and just not farming as well. This strat needs to be played competently to work and even Baus fucks it up. His entire strat consists of getting as much gold as possible (that 10 cs/minute gameplay, dying to maintain it) and beating his opponents with a sack of gold coins. The bigger the gap, the better. Sure doing the strat mediocrely can get you like a 2000g lead, but doing it super well skyrockets the income to like 5000g over. And with Sion’s passive giving him HP that 5000g is more like 7000g. (Examples are not 100% accurate, but its to show how much more money he really makes over his enemy).

what does that mean ?

Every Tank Sion game is always such a joy to watch, shame he doesn't do them more often.
