The reason you think otherwise is because all the attention is being paid to the odd occasions when people (e.g. Al Gore) got it wrong. Here's a prediction for you. Worried about immigration? Wait until parts of South America reach wet bulb temperatures in excess of 35C and become uninhabitable to human life for several months of year.

You're comment is utter nonsense. How can you deny it, average global temperature continues to increase along with carbon dioxide and other green house gasses, the same gasses we release. The increases started during the industry revolution. It's a perfect correlation. Denying it is pointless. It's not new either, originally it was the oil companies who funded studies dot the impact of emitting greenhouse gasses into the atmosphere, and they discovered global warming. Knowing their income would be at risk, they decided to hide this and have campaigned against it since, spreading misinformation. Answer me this, if global warming was completely false, why haven't big oil/gas funded studies to prove so? Why are these big oil and gas companies investing into renewable/alternative sources of energy? It'd be far cheaper amd easier to prove climate scientist wrong, but they don't because they can't. Suck it up, it's real.
