Araceli Segarra is a mountain climber and is most known for being the first Spanish woman to climb Mount Everest. She talks about how her experiences as a female climber have shaped her opinion on the real differences between men and women--mostly, that there are no real differences! She suggests ways that we can make men be more involved in the struggle for gender equity.
