Clinical Trial Agreements 

This session will help participants negotiate recurring issues arising in clinical research sponsored by industry. Issues that should be addressed, including indemnification and subject injury, confidentiality, publication rights, intellectual property, and termination will also be discussed. Learning Objectives: 1) Highlight continuing issues in negotiating clinical trials with industry sponsors. 2) Allow participants to have an overall understanding of the issues that drive the clinical trial negotiations with industry sponsors and CROs.
