Another way to do it that doesn't take as long is to place it on the 2nd braid away from the part the opposite direction(like its going up your head and not down. Then put another row of clips facing the right way(down the head) on the closest braid to the part over the hair facing upward to hold it in place. Then flip the one you put the wrong way over to face the right way.
I've seen someone do this with a v part wig and was about to buy a wig to try it out this summer. Glad I came across this because doing this with clip ins is a game changer 🙌
I sooooo want to do this for my attempt to do my own hair (newly natural) I just need to know what the take out is like when u pull the strands thru plzzz…thank u bc my “leave out” never matches between the color or texture
How was the take down? When you get to the top where you crocheted it in, is it as easy as taking the braid down and it slips right out? I did a crochet method w synthetic kinky straight hair and at the top, I did the crochet method as well with smaller pieces and it was AWFUL trying to get it out. I read that the girls who used human hair had a hard time too because the hair began to tangle together, even after such a short amount of time.
9th grade I gave this chick a hug. She had her hair laid looked amazing when I hugged her I palmed her scalp felt her braids. She was so embarrassed and I had to tell her my mom and sister rock the same style and her hair was on point. Talk about watching someone's emotions transition in a 6 second time frame. Never did that again though.
No you didn’t! No the hell you didn’t!! BIIIITTTCCHH!!!! Wait till my check hit this week and I get them clip ins!!❤❤❤❤ Ypu did that!! And thanks for sharing with us non innovative folks!!
