Clipchamp.com - How to add subtitles and make them stand out 

Awesome. Clipchamp told me they plan to have a feature soon where you can upload text so you dont need to type it in. They are also working on a text to voice system.

You have two options here. a) Record your voice and enable subtitles or b) type text and use text-to-speech

Clipchamp does have a text to speech option. It doesnt work perfectly, but it is better than typing manully. Microsoft word also has a text to type feature. I have used that in the past to create subtitles. Then you can copy and past it in.

Yes, I use power point to create a call out then right click and select save as picture. It creates a pNG with a transparent background!

If you have a paid subscription Clipchamp will save your project in the cloud. This means you can remove the files from the PC and not get an error when you re-open the project in clipchamp. However, Clipchamp automatically downloads a project to your PC when you export it. There is an option while clipchamp is exporting to save it to your google drive or some other service. This should override the download.

Unfortunately, no. Clipchamp is not designed for that type of situation. You would need to use a more robust program like premier pro.
