In this video I compare the Andis Cordless Masters vs the Caliber 50 Cal Clippers modified with the Masters blade and a Wahl Senior ceramic cutting blade vs the Andis Corded Masters. I go over 12 different categories for each model and rank them out. I also announce a 1k giveaway on this channel as well as a 500 sub option on the Barber Clips Podcast Channel. The 50 Cals are great only things that bug are the zero gapping when switching blades is hit or miss and and the on off switch gets stuck sometimes you got to press it again to seat correctly.

Yeah I think I got lucky when I did my mod because mine zero gap nicely. Haven't had the issue with the on/off button but I did have an issue with the lever getting loose (fixed it with some loctite though)

No problem bro! I also use magic clips but my personal favorite is the 50cals with the current setup (not so much with the original blades)

Nice! If you have the corded ones I would say you're solid. The cordless masters are a little hard on the ears 😅

Dope review. Don’t forget how quick the cordless masters charges compare to the 50 cal that takes a couple hours to charge. I really like the 50 call but I don’t think the overall performance is better than the cordless masters

@@IvMacCuts to be honest I didn't know, its all depending on the categories and sometimes a person's personal preference.

@@junebug8808jec True, some of these categories are very close to people. For me specifically the sound makes a big difference as I like hearing the hair being cut especially during the detail process. I couldn't cut continuously with the cordless masters for that reason.

@@IvMacCuts well if you like hearing the crunch during the detail portion of the cut then you definitely definitely have to get the Phat master blade, it really makes a special type of cutting sound
