The edema in her face was really scary. And I get that Salah thinks he's helping, but he's totally unqualified to judge the fitness of someone in her condition to deal with heat. She's out here in dark layers, no sunscreen, pushing through the heat exhaustion, after having just been severely ill and acting like this is a healthy activity. She really can't do anything healthy even when she tries.
It’s ALL for content and views and to get the Reaction channels interested . It’s the same BS over and over again . Yet people still fall for it , so it’s no surprise that she is on a repeat cycle. She accidentally on purpose mentions that she wasn’t wearing sun screen and that she has diabetes ! . Also , There was absolutely no proof she was ill. If you watch the first 5 minutes of the recent Live when she proclaimed she was ill and the last 5 -10 minutes , you’ll see a vast difference/ ‘ improvement in her health ! 😂 Plus anyone walking around with the clothing that she’s wearing in that intense heat would feel unwell !
The swelling or edema in her face is very troublesome because t could possibly be indicative of heart failure or serious kidney issues. Notice her mouth appears jaundiced and her dry mouth (she licks her lips a lot), in addition to the left side of her mouth appears to be drooping when compared to her right side. Her skin looks absolutely horrible. I would be worried about an impending medical emergency on her horizon.
The thing is will she take it seriously? She'll go to a "clinic" they give her something, she takes it for a day, claims she's fine then goes back to muckbangs. She's only hurting herself, she needs to go home and get genuine treatment, and maybe even like stay at the hospital so they make sure she does what she needs to do
If that's how she is then why should a doctor help her I mean I know that sounds mean but honestly. She doesn't listen to anyone and she would be wasting their time.

I also think Chantal refused to go further then the beach by their house, it's not like Salah hasn't driven her to indoor places with A/C, so...this was what he could get her to do. May have been exploiting her but there's still a genuine need for her to move.
Honestly I don’t think salah’s end goal isn getting to canada… I think he is controlling the finances and setting money aside for himself when she leaves, however that may be. He knows this video is going to bring in views so he is pushing her.

Dialysis nurse here and you are absolutely correct . The swelling on the face is truly frightening for me to see . She keeps this up she won’t last long enough to have dialysis
@@debbieo2463 When I was aged 4-7, I had a ureter issue where it had an large 6 " adhesion. My mom noticed I wasn't urinating enough. She took me to the Dr's for 6 months, when they discovered this issue. I had surgery and was on dialysis for on and off due to kidney failure. Luckily, I recovered. I remember my face, hands belly and feet looking like the Pillsbury Dough Boy. I almost died. I am a type 2 diabetic and have never abused food or my body. Chantal won't learn until it's too late.

Dialysis is not a death sentence if patients follow the diet and show up . I’m so glad you came through it on the other side

i keep coming back to this. like women have been living with the restrictions of the hijab for centuries in the heat (granted it's hotter). like there is appropriate clothing to deal with the heat that's religiously appropriate.
Actually, the hijab protects against the head overheating from the sun if you choose light colors and natural material as well as wrap it correctly. She wears black polyester tiiiiight around her head 🤦♀️

She’s learned she can manipulate him with her list of illnesses. Embellishing the severity when needed. Yes, I do think her situation is becoming irreversible but when it comes to her food, nothing gets in her way.
As we both are fully aware, Chantal's medical conditions are cumulative and are only getting worse. I can not even imagine what is going through Salah's head, exposing Chantal to such adverse conditions. I honestly believe that on or before Labor Day, this woman will be hospitalized; Of this, there is no doubt in my mind.
I think Salah doesn't understand just how much her weight and the heat affect her. Add all that to whatever 'sickness' she has going on. I do believe she lies about her various illnesses, but her lifestyle does make her sick, as does the uncontrolled diabetes. He's acting like going out in the heat is exercise when she can just walk around in the A.C, this is simply injuring her with heat. Her body can't cope with it as it is, her heart can't handle this. She could wear this exact thing in a canadian regular winter and she'd be warm enough with her fat.

I am a hijabi who lives in a hot, humid, tropical country, and I work outdoors a lot too. I always wear light, sweat-wicking fabrics, white/ light coloured hijab that is loose over my neck and chest. Yes, we cover more than perhaps someone wearing shorts and short-sleeves, but being a hijabi does NOT equal being hot just for the sake of covering.
Ok, this was downright sadistic behavior on his side, even if she could be exagerating her exhaustion. But she does look really sick and the edema in her cheeks is alarming. Also, she sounds as she is having speech problems. This looks bad.

Heat exhaustion comes on much quicker to a morbidly obese person because excess body fat acts as an insulator, making it harder for the body to dissipate heat and morbidly obese people have a higher basal metabolic rate, which means they produce more internal heat even when at rest. FB & Salah absolutely will not have the same reaction to the heat.
I dunno Sansa all the symptoms of heat exhaustion are the same as when she’s just upright and walking. She’s been doing the seal thing a lot. Out of interest do you know what happens if you get very sick without insurance in a foreign country? Particularly if you can’t pay out of pocket the thousands required. It’s a scenario she could be looking at soon
In my experience they will still treat you in an emergency but will keep you there until you pay up. That is in the EU so maybe the middle east isn't so kind and just turfs you out
she could have had an amazing life even being heavier if she had tried, truly tried!! she has gotten too old and too out of shape from absolutely NO physical activity, and now being older it will not get better, only downhill from here, and sad because she is 40, she "talks the talk but can't walk the walk" literally and figuratively...
Facts. For one, it's so freaking incredible how much lighter I feel. I can't explain it other than having one of those tension headaches right in the crown of your head with all that pressure, and then it suddenly eases and you feel like you're rising, almost lol.

She’s got a double whammy. UTI’s can cause confusion, and so does dehydration and heat stroke. I’m sure there’s more going on than those. She says she’s trying to be healthy? In the last 24 hours? The last month she’s been sucking down 10,000 calories a day.

I don't think it's on Salah for her clothing. There are tons of clothing options. Even in the video, many women are working out wearing light clothing. There are also swimwear options but foodie chose to wear the wrong clothes again (ALR I wear the wrong shoes situation). I think Foodie got accustomed with seeing how the clothes can cover most of her insecurities (balding head, triple chin, fupas) that she refused to choose the lighter option and cranked up the dress to hide everything.

She is walking like her legs are stuck together, very small steps. I wonder if she has infected boils between her thighs or fupa area again. It does seem like Salah is trying to encourage her to walk, but it looks like after a few steps she has to stop & make idle conversation or sit down. I think Salah believes what she tells him about her ailments even though not professionally diagnosed and he is not educated about diabetes, etc. & when she tells him her ac1 reading is 12 , he says that's good because that's what she's told him. She is also not changing her diet & think popping pills is going to lower her diabetes to a normal level.

He brought her food but he didn't get her to this point. She got herself to this point, she was diagnosed with diabetes, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, lung embolisms, etc YEARS AGO and did jack about it. She got into this relationship pretty much with the exact health conditions she has now, they've just gotten more severe. And she's such a stubborn, horrible brat she uploaded a video admitting to sneaking food behind Salah's back, and we know she's done it in previous relationships too. Hell when her family had a drug intervention with her they took her phone...and she streamed THE FIRST NIGHT IN HER UNCLE'S HOUSE, WITH A SECOND PHONE SHE DIDN'T TELL THEM ABOUT. There is literally nothing Salah can do to help her. Is it healthy for him to enable her mukbangs? No, but she's the one getting her youtube money and will find a way to get what she wants. Is it healthy for her to be out in the heat long? No, but it's also not healthy for her to be immobile with her conditions and she may have refused to walk anywhere but on the beach. She once threw a fit and locked herself in her room for two days when her "ex-boyfriend" Nader wanted to take her on a walk so nothing is below her when trying to get out of exercise.
The fact that she didn't have to be in this position but is choosing to live like this just because she wants a 'husband' is so stupid to me. I have no sympathy. I’ve come to the conclusion that the reason she won’t wear those light, flowy clothes, favoured by women in that part of the world, is because she thinks those types of fabrics will show the lumps and bumps of her stomach too much. I think in her mind, she wears darker and heavier clothes to look ‘slim’. Just another example of Cutie going to great lengths to convince herself she’s not as big as she truly is. Sometimes I think she says the lie enough, that she truly believes the delusions that follow enough lies.
I completely agree with you. We are in the mid-90’s here near Philly with high humidity and it feels like a blast furnace out there. I had to get groceries yesterday and was wearing sketchers, jeans and a short t-shirt and it was literally torture lugging bags of groceries. I can’t imagine what it would have been like out in that heat dressed like she was. It made me feel sick imagining that when I saw her in her video.
There were a couple times there it almost looked like she was getting that feeling in her mouth like she felt she was going to upchuck. And I don’t know yet whether Salah’s disconnect on Foodie’s health out in the Kuwaiti sun is more because he doesn’t care, or whether it is more that, as an immature 30 year old local young guy, used to the extreme temps his whole life, he just has absolutely no concept on what a body like Foodie’s is going through. Plus, she whines 24/7 it seems so he may have just simply disengaged from her constant complaining a long time ago. If everything is considered a 10+ emergency, then nothing becomes a 10+ emergency.
One thing that really comes to the fore in this video is her poor oral hygiene. Bad oral care can lead to sooo many health complications. The fact that her incisor on the right side is so worn down is alarming.

SHE is the one who wants to wear all that. She is on camera, before she started cosplaying, saying she wanted to wear a hijab to cover up her bald head and multiple chins. Her attire is her choice.
