Destinee and Paris' mom was their manager and she made sure that her daughters got all of the lines and screen time. They really fucked over Ariel and it totally sucks, she was literally the best one.

So true omg, and for "Then I woke up" she was always on the side and didn't even had a line to sing, it's easy to see that it's Two sisters and a trash but she clearly wasn't a trash.. I remember when I was a kid I already felt something was off but I noticed years later it was this point 😅
Poor Ariel...Imagine how bad it hurts being apart of a group and you're the one that always gets left behind. She has an amazing voice and she's very beautiful and does not deserve to be shoved in a box just so two girls can shine because their precious Mommy wants them too. I am glad Ariel got the opportunity to join a group where she can be equally heard and noticed like she deserved.

How nostalgic, i kinda grew up with their songs. So sad to know the truth... i can see that Ariel is like almost completely invisible... short lines to sing, short screen time....

This song was sooo beautiful to the point of tears back when I was a teen and it's STILL so beautiful now in my 20s. The lyrics are legit and it just makes you feel so good and like being thankful for your blessings. I loved the vocal and harmony in it. Why did they ever disappear? Those 3 killed it!
I met the Clique Girlz when I was 8 years old.. and I remember crying because I got to hug Ariel 😂 I still have their autographs and everything... they changed so much over 10 years and look so fake.. how time goes by

Ariel is the prettiest, best voice but had to be background for the sisters bc the mom was greedy for her daughters fame and money. Ariel is cut out of like every screen lol and there's so many shots of just the two sisters and she's left out of the whole concept it's super rediculous. I would have felt aweful watching this if I were her. every song she only ever got the bridge

Ariel has been my favorite from the minute i saw her! She was gorgeous and had a beautiful voice! And may i just say they didn't use her a lot in the videos! If anything the only reason i love this song is because she sings more often in this song! I think she should go out in the singing world on her own! She would be a major hit! Oh and did you guys not notice that when Ariel left that's when everyone forgot about them and they FAILED AT LIFE?
This was not a part of Disney, but this brings me back to the days of watching Disney Channel when the shows were still great. Today, it's garbage, except the movies. 😢❤😊
If you disliked then you don't appreciate the magic and love they put into this song. For me this video just reminds me of my childhood of being bullied from kindergarten to 5th grade. I'm in 7th grade now and these girls are best friends even though Ariel left. Ariel left because they didn't give her solos are something. Just because something bad happened doesn't mean that you should just quit, give up, and/or walk away. Real friends stick together and real friends stay together through good and bad. These girls are my inspiration to keep going in life and what keeps me from breaking down in tears everyday. I'm happy that they made this song because they inspired me to be a little more outgoing in life and make new friends. Okay, where was I going with tis? What I'm trying to say is just because you give this video a thumps down doesn't mean that others around you hate it, it might actually be what's keeping them together when inside they're breaking down. If you don't get what I'm trying to say then I'm really sorry because I don't even understand 100% what I am trying to say.

You guys, stop the rumors.. They just grew out of the clique girlz, Ariel wanted to try something new and start a solo career, destinee and Paris were changing their music and they continued as a sister group.. All in al they drew up
Arial and Paris are the best singers. Ariel's voice is just amazing. Especially on the high note she hit @ 3:32 . Paris is great as well; she has a GREAT range for her age.
Ariel at least had more singing parts that stood out in this than in Then I Woke Up. You can tell that it really was just about Destinee and Paris from the beginning.
I remember back in 2008 they seemed like they were going to be the next big thing and the album was supposed to be released in August of that year. And then the album just never came out in the US (it was released in Japan) and then 2009-2010 they kind of quietly faded away. All the behind the scenes drama came out not long after.
