Skill seems to ignore the bonus slot

Absolutely love the STRV-S1, it's my favorite t8 tank. I run a slightly different setup tho ... Rammer, optics, & camo net. Combine this with natural cover in the optional slot & give all crew members concealment, find a bush, disappear & snipe undetected.

skieeel, little suggestion: add tag with the map name you play in the video! that could be very useful if one wants to see tips on that map with a vehicle class more than only that specific vehicle (i.e. redshire with a medium or mannerheim with a fast heavy)

these days world of tanks is much more enjoyable to watch than to play with, at least for me it's like that, that's why I stopped playing with it but I still feel pleasure watching who can play with it

I love this thing. Excellent credit maker for me. Can pretty much always rely on some nice battles with it when I’m looking for a laid back gaming experience. I’m using the “classic” build. Rammer, optics, camo net. Works well for me.

Have it since christmas 2020 (calender tank), I like it. I play it with camo net, binocs, turbo. Good thing too say, which Skill didn't in this video, camo net and binocs stay actived while turning in siege mode (as long as you dont move), that's a good point of strength of this tank.

My first TD love ... and just got better after I learned how to play. :D Actually s1 driving with improved aiming and 103b with turbo ... while they are kinda similar, only the s1 gun trolls me af.

I have this S1, UDES 03, and Strv 103-0 and working toward 103B. I like all of them and they are all great sneaking up to snipe enemy tanks. I only wish it's easier to control/aim the gun when not in siege mode. And don't get tracked with opponent tank close by, you'll likely die. I'm trying out turbo and ventilation in place of camouflage net - big tradeoff, if I am spotted, and I get shot, I'll die quickly.

After we had the 416 frying pan, I would like to ask for a review of UDES 14 5. Which one is better, UDES or 416?! Oh yeah, on my UDES03 I use: gun-rammer, turbo, binocs

STRV was one of my 3 first premium tanks and I love it for making credits and invisibility :D buuut... But it's not as flexible as for example Scorpion G, it's harder to play when you can't camp or in city maps. But I still have sentiment with this tank ❤️

The strv s1 explained on short: most of those easy shots you will miss and most of those shots that you think that you dont have any chances to hit you will hit it!

Don't have an S1 but have enjoyed turbo on the udes. Makes the rather inflexible siege mode considerably less annoying.

Im rolling in the s1 with Imp Aiming, binocs and cammo net . Quite enyoing the experience, the problem with this tank is what you said, games are weird and sometimes you have to improvise and play as a regular medium (because of the game pace).

Hi Skill...! I believe that in all servers the battles are like that. 15x1, 15x4 ... and etc I play on the SA server and it's the same.

15 - 1, 15 - 3, 15 - 5, etc. is super common on the NA server, not fun to be on either side of those games TBH, but WG DGAF.

In your final battle, 10 of your teammates died in the 1st 4 minutes of the battle. It was 10 to 1 only 4 minutes 10 seconds into the battle. Wow!

Compared with UDES 03, I noticed during my battles that StrvS1 has significantly worse camo (and is much slower), therefore using turbo instead of camo net would work. Let's see how does it really look like. My equipment: rammer, binos, (camo net or turbo). But don't listen to me. I'm a noob. No MoE on S1 (because of small amount of battles) and only 1 MoE on UDES (80+ %, struggling to get 2MoE for literally a YEAR!)

To see seige mode stats go onto tanks gg and on to the tank you should see a seige mode icon and click it it should change to seige made stats

Skiiiilll, can we get a video of the most powerful tanks tier by tier? Some low tier tanks are terrible *coughAMX40cough* , and some are just beasts *coughM8A1cough* . New players might benefit from some insight into tanks that will help them have more fun, be better contributors to their team and learn the game better as they go up the tiers. For example, Valentine is like a tier 3 Black Prince (but not garbage), and Alecto is like a ninja at tier 4.

In the EU server we have the same problem about the 15-1 games. It's not about servers it's about the game itself.

I am rolling with turbo. The same in Strv103B.

I think the entire STRV TD line's kind of in a hard spot now. In my opinion, they're meant for slow games where you have the chance to snipe. Nowadays, tanks like Strv S1 and Udes 03 are forced to be more like scouts than TDs while Strv 103 0 and Strv 103b are forced to play frontline ridge to even be able to do anything. It's really sad

Id rather have cammo net with this tank, having binos is useful but I don't see that many situations where I found it useful, also this tank with cammo is a literal invisible sniper

this tank behaves weird to me, mine has nearly 60 camo but it gets spotted a lot easier than my isu, sometimes it gets spotted like there is no bushes in front of me

Turbo is definitely my favorite for the whole siege mode line. It just feels so much less restrictive

Rammer, vents/improved aiming and turbo. Remove binocs. If you have to shoot enemy tanks in view range, you're pretty much dead.

When I stopped playing in the EU server two years ago was for that reason. Games were so unbalanced that stripped me of any intention of playing WOT.

man this game is going down the same speed of those 15-1 simulators ,if they dont start making changes they will lose players rapidly and money is probably already far from what they made past few years

My favorite money maker. I play mine with premium loader, cammo and bino. Crew is working on the 9th skill and have all but one of the performance medals at maximum. I can spot before majory of mediums and even lights, pixel shot at long range and almost zero use of premium ammo, not to mention the incredible cammo factor due to everything referring to it is maxout.

Judging by the flag on this Diva it's better to have some chocolate with You!! There is also some nice german camo...

I got a 20% discount code so I am thinking of getting the tank for some credit grind and crew training. It's not that I really need it for credit grinding as I already have so many T8 premiums but I tend to play a new tank so much more when I get one. I just wish that that 20% code would work for gold as well as I'd get an extra 2000 gold for the same money as just the tank... Typical WG.

turbo is useless, i would have tested the improved exhaustsystem to push the camo. in my opinion the best part to improve the strengh of the vehicle

Skill, will you ever play the O-Ho? It's a pile of cockua. It has 3 degrees of gun depression at the front, you can't shoot any tanks Soviet tanks in front of you.

the improved aiming is the least important/useful thing for mister strv. its accurate anyways. i would go with stabilizer or with bonus concealment from the low noise exhaust systems.

Thanks for your help and your video Skill !! I have over 1200 battles with this tank and it was really hard to get used to it. The accuracy is so bad in this tank it feels like I was playing with the strv 103-0 the tier 9 td. I was so frustrated from the accuracy, at some point i was using ventilation from the bonds store and improved aiming in the first slot. Maybe my fault was that I didn't play with extra portions(10% crew bonus) because I don't have 20k silver to spare per battle obviously.. I will exchange it the very first moment the exchange event will start again.

When will the time come for AMX cda 105?
