Yeah, This test can be helpful as finding right meridian in Retinoscopy is difficult in irregular Astigmatism. After identifying axis with this chart you can again check with Retinoscopy to reconfirm the axis provided by this chart. Improvement in the visual Acuity after adding cylinder power can also be an indicator of right axis.
