FYI, the signature got a buff to its passive, 12-16 now so the damage differences should be higher

*IMPORTANT NOTE*: Clorinde scales extremely well with atk% getting atk% rolls on your artifacts are as good as crit dmg% rolls until you have 3000 akt If youre using *r5 finale* of the deep for example, you need about 50 atk% assuming electro goblet with whimsy or 2p atk%, Double atk% needs 32 atk%, 4pc tf needs 68 atk%, If you have a noblesse user, you cut the atk% needed by about 20

I appreciate how you take the time to go through her kit while showing numbers, and although they’re from beta and not 100% set in stone it’s still really helpful! I also love videos like these because as someone who tries to save up as much as they can, I wanna know if the character I’m saving up for is worth it, not just in the damage sense but seeing if their kit is easy to work with or how fun the character is. Either way, I’m super excited for Chlorinde and I’m also excited for Sethos! If you ever do a guide video for Sethos I am there! His kit, imo, is really interesting but also a little complicated. The whole gaining and losing energy with his charged shot is crazy! But good luck to anyone who is pulling for Chlorinde or whichever other 5 star you may be pulling for! It's good to know the haran i got on accident will finally have a use. although that's a whole lot of crit rate, not even counting artifacts, she will be starting at 70%.

I think you can still get away with 100% ER and not doing burst every rotation, and since she spent all the time on field during her uptime maybe 130% ER is fine (not considering double electro resonance and Fischl)

I have a ton of good gladiator artifacts. Ive been farming the new BoL set but my rolls have been awful. Should i continue to roll or should i stick to my glad pieces

I'm thinking of a quickbloom team with Clorinde as the Dps driver and hyperbloom trigger, fischl as the off field dps and battery, furina as hydro applier and buffer and proto r5 nahida as dendro applier, EM buffer and a little spread dps and AoE coverage. But, my questions are 1. Is clorinde self healing + nahida R5 Proto Amber enough to cap on clorinde's full hp and proc furina's passive party wide healing or the healing isn't gonna be enough and I'll need baizhu (who I'm pulling anyways in this patch) to keep the team more sustainable? Would be kind of a waste because my nahida is C2 so she buffs aggravate, spread and hyperbloom 2. In such a team where clorinde procs both aggravate and most of the hyperblooms, does the value of EM weapons and thundering fury go up? Cause i have really good thundering pieces and literally 0 new set pieces. I would go with gladiator ad this point if you tell me thundering is worse even in this case My weapon options would be finale of the deep R5 with a ton of atk from the passive, or one of the 4* EM swords like the yokai one or the iron sting. If I get lucky with the pulls and the weapon banner is good (only if I want both of the weapons like if it's hers with foliar incision) I may try to get one

Why is Shimenawa's 4pc never mentioned in these guides? Is it really that bad? gladiator's was mentioned but not shimenawa.. As I understand the 4pc effects, glad is a permanent 35% normal atk dmg bonus and shim is a 50% dmg bonus after using your skill and losing 15 energy. It lasts for 10 seconds which is perfect for Clorinde's 9 second stance from her E, right? I'm asking because I happened to get decent shimenawa's pieces and tried them out on my Ningguang, it definitely increased her dmg more than the 2pc 2pc atk sets she had before even though no one recommends that set for her either. Am I missing something?

For those people who asking for shimenawa set it is because you lost one skill dmg. Normally she want to brust cus Burst - get BoL - skill(no dmg one) then skill again to get buffed attack - auto - skill - repeat. But if you r not using brust you have to skill(no dmg one)- auto - skill - auto - repeat which seen like a one skill dps lot which is a lot. She only has 9sec window to do her dmg and losting one skill dmg worse than losting extra 15% NA buff that shimenawa give.(Only 15% assuming the other set is glad). She is not like wriothesley or scara. Their brust are just extra dmg you can ignore since most of the time they are not build for their brust dmg. But with clorinde you use her burst not cus you want her brust dmg but to get BoL to get one extra skill dmg in which is a lot since her stand uptime is only 9s.

I went from 500 to 4 wishes after this current phase decimated me, but damned if I haven’t been working my ass off to get Clorinde. Finally, Sumeru has been explored.

Clorinde's kit has complexities on it, which may be hard to understand but I'm curious to try her.

Clorinde has more self sustain than neuvillete according to the calcs ive seen. I think she is fine with furina and i think you can remove thoma from the chevreuse team. Also she has Iframes during her lundge. So basically like a less worse version of arlechinno using her burst to not die. You delay her E to when enemy attacks kind of.

her last talent is already too late, since we are now finishing fontaine. im still gonna stick to clorinde, thoma, fishcl and chev. overload not really a big problem for clorinde since she can do range then dash. btw, thx for another best tips for clorinde

her burst is actually barely necessary and adds only a little extra damage. its a lot more worth it to stack damaging substats on her artifacts rather than energy recharge

I've been saving primos for a while and I haven't seen any youtubers cover the question really; is clorindes weapon or C1 more valuable? I plan on just using a R5 Black Sword but really wouldn't mind having a crit damage sword either if possible 😅

She would be broken if they made her pistol attacks scale off CA and lounge skill scale off high lounge. Hope it made sense lol. Also i keep asking on many channels now, does her E-Skill work with Yelan/Xingqiu burst?

I hate that they put Arle, Clorinde, and Furina back to back. They knew exactly how greedy that was! I plan to get Arle R1 and will definitely get either Furina or Clorinde preferably both. I just really hope that Clorinde is C0 friendly cause I’m still needing to get Yelan, one more Yae C, and an Ayaka C. After that I’m pretty much set meta wise and just about everyone else will be C0 R1 since aesthetics are more important after my account has reached sufficient strength

I’m happy to whale for characters I love cuz they are cool to play with. But the weapon banner, oof, imagine losing 50/50 twice just to get a theoretically 20% damage increase. Spending money is fun, but the weapon banners murdered the fun.

a BOL character who needs to have less than 100% BoL and has healing mechanic in her skin instead of burst? Why does this seem kinda busted? I mean Arlecchino's damage starts at max with whatever BoL u have, and then it starts to fall as she consumes the BOL, but you are saying Chlorinde instead stays consistent as long as she is using a combo of normal and E in her night watch state? to consistently apply Bol and heal to reduce it again?

You missed why thundering fury is so strong on her, even more so than all other sets. It gives her 100% uptime on her E ability, as the cooldown starts on it as you click it. You can effectively have infinite E uptime, which absolutely trumps all other sets.

Her BiS artifact might actually be Thundering Fury, since it lets her use her skill twice per rotation, letting Nahida / Kazuha / Fischl re-apply their stuff in the process mid-rotation, without impacting her (she loses her skill stance if she leaves the field, which is not an issue here). Damage per rotation skyrockets with it.
