Episode 5 of my drive-by car show saw a new location due to the antics of last week's episode. A few of the residents of the roundabout didn't appreciate the noise, so I agreed I would not be back there this week.
So I camped out by the Denbies roundabout in Dorking, and a few of my Instagram followers joined me to make this very special video!

Geiw or on the government vehicle enquiry, tells you if the car is: taxed/untaxed, SORN, kept off the roads etc

I know the answer to this, it's to do with the boxes and high rev gear changes, if he was a true honda guy he'd know to short shift it's the only guarantee on those boxes.... I don't do Honda's any more, their great cars, just a bit too front wheel drive for me now days, I did convert one once, dropped a mb30 (yes that's an 8) in a 4th gen hatch using Porsche rear boxe and Mx-5 suspension, it was terrible, IV learnt from experience, so don't be telling me this and that about rear wheel drive Honda's, IV actually been there and done it, I know already, I now drive am SW20 for a reason.....

Definitely enjoying seeing the variety of vehicles that youse have in the UK, especially the old school cars like Anglias, mk1 Escorts and Cortinas etc. Reminds back in the days in NZ being a teenager and that’s all we could afford, that was in the 70s & 80s. Then came the 90s and Japan invades NZ. Yes JDM vehicles started to hit our shores, depending on the grading you could buy a JDM vehicle with low ks and under a year old, big $$$$, high ks, older or both cheaper. We had Chasers to Supra, GT-R’s to Subaru STi to Mitzi Evo’s, the list goes on, if you name it we had it. By now I knew I could have my cake and could afford it lol. But I do have a soft spot for old school cars and seeing they’re are in mint condition is awesomely cool 😎 Keep up the good work my man 😀👍🏼

Does anyone else understand what i'm about to say or am I just a minority within this passion for motoring. I just don't get car meets. For me as a real car enthusiast, i'd rather spend my Saturday or Sunday evening finding some of the best twisty and scenic B-Roads the country has to offer. Having a spirited drive whilst the sun sets over places such as the Snake Pass, with just yourself and your car is one of the most rewarding feelings ever. You don't have to prove yourself, you don't have to prove your car to anyone else. I find this way more entertaining than car meets and is how I've learnt to drive properly.

@@AdamC3046 To be fair, i get that, kind of wrong video associated with the above comment. I've been to many meets before, but usually the ones in supermarket car parks are the ones I don't get. People literally sat in their cars for hours on end, doing simply nothing. I get the social aspect, but for me; i'd rather chuck £40 of fuel in my car and be out on the road exploring new places and epic fast roads rather than sat idling in a car park for 4 hours. I could spend £30 driving to a meet (on a boring motorway) and £10 on a McDonald's to sit in a car park or do what I've mentioned above. To each their own as they say!
