amazing part of the world, loads of brilliant courses(the Northumberland, Hexham,slaley)...shame the colt isn't one of them too hilly, the old university course is a nice little track though, and the new facilities are great -brilliant bacon butties. down the road in Wylam are some fantastic pubs... ah miss the old place

Look forward it it Mark! The Colt is all about ball position in fairways - the 11 t shot is my fav drive! Then cracking views from the pear shaped green looking down the 'tyne' valley!

Nice to see you play in the North of England! played there in spring, not a bad course. Would love to see you play some Leeds courses. Alwoodley is lovely, Moortown isn't bad either - they're clinging onto the memory of holding the Ryder Cup there 3000 years ago though.

You guys should play wolf. Its when on each hole one person is the wolf. And after the drives the wolf gets to decide who to play with or to go alone. If you win alone you get two points and if you win with a partner you get one. If you tie the points carry over. Love the vids, keep em coming.

Hi, always enjoy the vids (good to see courses in the NE) - you should have gone further west and played Westerhope Golf Club. Here's to the greatest driver of all time, The Big Bertha Warbird - it helped me win a regional school comp on the second course at Close House years ago. cya later ev1 :-)

You should definitely play Painswick golf club near Stroud... It is under 5000 yards but you will struggle. .... ..It will make a brilliant vlog

help please from someone in the know, anyone! :- ). I sometimes end up doing what rory did on his second shot on the second hole par 3. he took a high lofted wedge and came up 15 feet short. He obviously did not skull it, but he did not seem to chunk it either. no big divots. it just did not seem to go far enough. why was this and how to combat it. is the bounce working to well and its sliding under the ball? i can get this sometimes from anywhere from 50 yards to 10.yards, with a lob or sand wedge normally. thanks

+Lewis Pugh Rory's handicap is 7. That means he get's an extra shot on the 7 hardest holes. If it's a par 4 Rory can take 5 shots and Mark 4 and they'll both be net pars.
