Imagine on your wedding day all you can think about is the magician at your bachelor party 😂😂😂😂. “I do... not know how he got the whole deck under the box”
Nice recovery from him turning over that card which was a shame, but you are so good with crowd control and you are so clean and smooth asf bro. Really love your work and your vids, can't wait until you get big. Keep it up my man.
Your ‘crowd management’ is superb, especially in a setting like this one, where maybe people have had some alcohol, so they’re relaxed and are more likely to look at cards that are face down on the table, or turn a card over at the wrong time, for example, as happened once or twice. Beautifully handled. Also, I love how they are genuinely enjoying themselves, the vibe is really good. Nice!!
I've watched dozens of your vids. One of the obvious things I've noted is you have GREAT recovery experience. Spectators screwing up, you screwing up, "chaotic crowd control", rude spectators, etc. etc. etc. That aspect of card magic vexed and frightened me. I just didn't have enough experience at that stuff. Couple that with my innate insecurity and you have an older man who quit "entertainment magic" decades ago. So cool to see someone verbally or physically just smoothly bouncing back and moving on to the next trick or verbal line. Superb. As I look back, I can see I just didn't have enough "backup plans" when something went wrong. I strongly recommend to ANYONE getting into "magic" is to join a club so you can practice in front of people that understand the trauma of "getting caught" and ways to smoothly escape to continue the entertainment then leave with everyone (including oneself) satisfied with successful entertainment (and a paycheck).
Just like watching your favourite movie 20 times, I never get tired of this effects even when I know what is comming. If that's not a good entertainer, I don't know what is. You really deserve much more recognition in magic!
Good stuff man! Love watching people that are super amused by magic and also that one guy trying to like pick up the empty deck and look at cards before the trick was done and stuff and just putting him in his place. Super fun to watch. Thanks man and keep the content coming. Been watching you for a while not and Love watching your act grow. Keep it up Boss!
Super sick. Your audience management is so good. I have been watching you for years and I love how your are getting so tight and fluid. Your change in how you use the omni deck was beauty. You just go with the flow so easy. I love the marker as well. I have to get one now. The gig videos are cool. I have learned so much from you. I had said it before, I love your style. Keep them coming.
dude, i straight up love your casual style. its so effortless. you know these guys are trying to bust you at any given moment and think they got you figured out and you still fool the shit outta them.
22 minutes of lit tricks! What a fantastic video. And what a fabulous cover up on the six of spades sharpie trick. JS, you're stupendous as usual. My cheek bones hurt from smiling continuously for 22 minutes!
You are just awesome, i know what you are gonna do but everytime i see you doing the tricks i am blown up, i would be like wooooooowww you are awesome man.
Been watching your videos for a little while now and man you impress me every time. Keep doing what you are doing along with these awesome videos. You inspired me to try to pick up some card tricks. We all appreciate the entertainment.
Love your videos. Thought they seemed repetitive for a while but different reaction make them fresh and new. Even better when you're at a private event. Wish you were in California and I had the cash to hire you.
@@JSMagicNYC yes I watch all your videos. Sorry if it sounded like you're repetitive. I meant to say it as if they seemed repetitive but they aren't at all. All the magic is different and different people's reactions make them even better. Always sending positive vibes your way. Keep up the great entertaining magic. Subscriber for life.
A 22 mins vid from JS? Dayum! I was waiting for the 3 card monte trick and I wasn't let down. But all your other tricks that followed was BOMB as well, GJ!!
you need to say " thats a hot trick right there" or got a hot trick coming... all about that delivery but still good stuff , i like it when you do the bite down and swap signature trick. that shit catches people off guard all the time lol
dude, im not even drink like they did, but you fooled me the whole 22 minutes. freakin awesome... love the omni as usual. you should bring one hand magic trick also, thats great trick too. btw, now i know why you did the tricks on rooftop. to prevent spectators runnin away and sufferly amazed \m/
5:48 I like this quick version you did of 3 card monte. I am learning this trick by watching all your videos. the patter is quite involved and lot of steps to do in the trick. It's going to be a while before I get it down without thinking.
That was a phenomenal performance. Its like watching u performing on stage to a big crowd. Cant imagine the hours you put into perfecting your craft. Knowing how to do it is one thing but to execute it flawlessly is another thing. My hands are always trembling whenever i try a perform a simple card trick just for fun . Anyway , hope you become super famous. Your fan from Singapore. Keep it up JS.
1:48 “I’m not David Blaine...” that’s cause you’re Jonathan, JS Magic lol 😆 I love that this vid is longer than some of the others definitely was hoping for some longer vids lol
12:28 I'm ALWAYS terrified that will happen when you give up control of key cards, but this is the first time I've actually seen it happen. Brutal moment! You reigned that shit in pretty damn quick, though! 🤩 For sure none of them had a clue what a huge curveball they tossed you. Nice save, man.
Wow, that was one fun but tough crowd! Congrats on your crowd management skills. And props management, too, these guy's hands were of the wandering kind! - I wish it'd be inspiring me rather than scaring me away the sleightey stuff, though. lol :p
