Great walk around mate.. I’ve found hard shell camping as such, in winter is a real bonus. Out of the elements and gives you lots of options

Great layout. I prefer spot lights over light bars like you said you build for yourself. Stay safe atb 👍

I have the spots on the roof but they are purely cosmetic, the light bar on the grill is functioning tho... I have a list of things to do, 1 of which is fit the snorkel so I have somewhere to hide the roof light wires

Nice build, I love a good Land Rover and share a Defender 90 with my dad. We use Davanti Terraroura A/t which were developed by Edd Cobley. Really good tyres.

I think ATs are the way forward if you are in a 4x4 and mostly road driving

@@WildernessAdventuresUK we got them on last year but didn't get much chance to use them. This year however we did a tour of the Pyrenees through France Spain and Andorra then back to the UK in time for the LRO show, in total 2500 miles on roads and trails without any issues. Highly recommended them if doing touring with lots of tarmac

Yeah man, I was out for a full week so took a lot of 'just in case' gear as well as lots of stuff for content, always a little tricky being a tuber as you need to power batteries, cameras and stuff. I am in the process of sorting all my kitchen stuffs.. As for a rear step I'm toying with the idea of a nas step on the back for her!

@@WildernessAdventuresUK its the just incase gear that you never use or the spare kit that all ways in there that fills it up, we both sat in the back of mine with the hound, i was 2months on the road them, ok i had a big ass tent under the bench seat i didnt use taking up space, but still we could sit in the back an make a brew in the rain, but there again we had feet space, ive always traveled light adapting each trip to what kit i take,

@@darrenhamilton4491 you know the miniute you take your spare something out, is the minute you'll need it - don't forget we have completely different builds

@@WildernessAdventuresUK this is true, and yes we doo, yours look so much better, let alone the time an cash youve put in to it compared to mine, i think most meets mine always looks like a council job compared to nearly every one else, lol old man emu? more like old man steptoe,
