Her behavior was very suspicious- secret cell phones, swinger parties - glad they weren’t able to frame him for something that probably happened when she was possibly hooking up with a stranger
please please please cover Tabatha Tozzi's case she was my friend who was murdered when she was trying to break up with her boyfriend. He fled the scene and has not been seen since. It's been over a year now. The FBl is now involved and offering up a $30k reward for his arrest but it's going to take the public's help to find him
I'm sorry for the loss of your friend..Hopefully the one responsible gets caught and convicted. Have you tried asking surviving the survivor? The guys name is joel and he covers cases too. Maybe he'd get the case out there in the public.
I believe there's monster walking freely in that community, whose tickled that police had tunnel vision on. A jealous husband instead of following the evidence. I think the killer was very close by and most likely knew the victim.
The state has lost their minds on this one. This man is innocent.... It's ashamed 😔 what they are putting this man through... I pray these jurors see right through it
Could you tell me if you perhaps suspect an individual that Karen could've been having an affair with... killed her? Perhaps even someone randomly committing such a crime for whatever reason(s)?
I think it's someone that lives in that neighborhood... possibly that seen her walking n had a flat tire. And when he offered to help hit her with a tire bar
@@canvaslackey4576 Hey... that's a convenient theory of how the unfortunate bludgeoning of the victim's head could've occured. Thank you for presenting that perspective.
This guy is use to getting out of everything bad he has ever done and the jury has let him once get away with now murder. Sad day for karen swift no justice has been served
I didn't follow the whole trial, just highlights on YT, but the issue with trouble with neighbors and dog killed seems very suspicious, I wonder how thoroughly that was investigated. Also, defense saying multiple times, you'll have to consider that, sounds like he's leaving trails for the jury to research and investigate themselves, not good. God rest this woman's soul, and prayers for the family.
You really think so? I know many jealous couples that never killed their spouse. Life insurance payout is a much stronger evidence or wanting a new gf to take wife's place. Luckily the jury only bases judgement according to factual evidence instead of a bias opinion
I always believed it that the prosecution needed factual, overwhelming evidence to charge anyone with murder. Apparently that is not true according to this case.
To much reasonable doubt. State does not have no manner of death or anything. What about the metal detector guy?? Also no struggle she would of struggled if she was being strangled..
Correct. There is metal detector guy, and ALSO the hammer eventually found there. Was metal detector guy looking for that hammer?! Hammer easily fits as the murder weapon. No trace dna evidence of the hammer? Wtf.
I've at least never heard of any murderer using the concept of a flat tire as part of their plot.... Anyways, that said... it would be something of risky for David to take the chance of being eyewitnessed walking home, even if it was at 4am. And with a neighbor hearing what perhaps... sounded like flat-tired vehicle (I believe it was said) was driving down the road (another proposed risk for the defendant to take), then there's still always a chance that Karen could've driven off with the tire already flattened, either unbenounced to her until a quarter mile later... or maybe even she could've just felt it would be atrategic to prioritize making a little distance between herself and the home, before seeking help from such as a male of whom she was having an adulterous relationship with... or perhaps Katen even ran into the "wrong help" (ultimately leading to her death) by a random person or people. In any event of the defendant both faking a physical injury himself (as alleged by the prosecution) as well as using all of the exerted physical force required in order to move a 125lb deceased body... then both such tasks would seem to only make him all the less likely to forget to adjust Karen's driver's seat accordingly.... Lastly, if Karen already got up in the middle of the night in order to drive her daughter, then that could also have lead her to have even upto an indefinitely broken night's sleep. Such a time to leave would also be a convenient opportunity to avoid being questioned about her future whereabouts too.
@@heathernikki5734 Hey thanks Heather. Could you please inform me if there happens to be any more or most particular reasons why you could feel that the defendant is innocent?
The tire bS that the prosecutor is selling instantly made me start questioning their credibility. Why would he flatten the tire at home instead of flattening at the spot where it was found.
Where is the evidence? Being jealous doesn't qualify a murderer. Also if he killed her as they claim, it wouldn't take over a decade to bring charges against the husband. The actual killer most likely lived very close by where the vehicle and body were found. It's a shame that investigators didn't follow the evidence.
I think with the first divorce, she allowed him to continue his controlling ways. Second time around, she was d.o.n.e. He couldn't allow that to happen. These people need to watch a couple of episodes of Law and Order. Dude pretty much self snitched. And the way he trashed her, yet his lawyer couldn't find anyone to say she was sleeping around. Btw, l don't think his lawyer believes his own closing. Verdict by Thursday end. Guilty AF😅
Oh my! Did you really recommend watching a fictional television show for clarity Im ashamed and embarrassed for you. I'm not gonna annihilate you like you deserve. But damit man,you must do.better going forward. To help understand this murder case ?
Try counting how many times that defense attorney says : I submit, if, I think, opinions, etc ... Good luck trying to count it. He's guilty, but who knows these days how a jury will decide.
Thank goodness the other attorney didn't do the closing. His command of the English language way unpolished. I'm a southerner but he was plum hillbilly accent!
Yeah. My father only learned how to speak English when he went to a one-room school when he was 5; he only finished 8th grade. Somehow, I and all of my siblings seemed to learn English grammar fairly well. I just have a hard time respecting/believing professionals who use improper grammar.
Have they considered that she may have been a victim of an accidental hit and run after her flat tire and that whoever did it disposed of her body to keep from getting in trouble.. I don't dount that he could have done it. But there are other possibilities. I had a nail in my tire the other day and i didnt know. I thought my low light was on because it was a cold morning and they like to expand or deflate depending on temperature. Thankfully i checked anyways. Nail was there, tire super low.
I’m in the UK.. recently a programme based on a true story using actors recreated a murder trial. Two separate juries, who knew nothing of each other’s existence watched and deliberated. One jury said guilty and the other said not guilty. I would have come back with guilty and a friend of mine came back with not guilty. It strikes me as luck of the draw.. I do think this man was guilty. Incidentally the real case got a manslaughter conviction.
Bargain basement defense attorney. I thought the prosecutor reading (poorly) his written closing was lame, but the defense attorney is reaching so much…… this was just dull. 🥱 Swingers who brought the wife into their fold (not exactly stellar parental behavior) and a controlling husband who was humiliated and wanted revenge was a recipe for disaster.
