Canton Selectman Christopher Albert has testified in the Karen Read murder trial. He is the brother of retired Boston police officer Brian Albert, who owned the home where John O'Keefe's body was found in 2022.
Nobody involved in the corruption ever imagined this case would be in the spotlight this way! They thought it would sneak by like so many of their other shenanigans have. Had they known how many eyes would be watching, they never would've attempted all the fxckery! This case blew up beyond their wildest nightmares.

Agree! What convinced me was Collin’s testimony or lack there of was his pathetic, “I can’t remember,” during his testimony. Collin’s knuckles were visibly badly bruised in a photo. Through questioning he appeared to be a fighter. Job’s face was very badly bruised and looked like he had the 💩 beaten out of him. ( and his eye)
She is surely not ‘innocent’. Clearly John would be alive if not for her. She is having a grand ole time which is sick. The rich live well. Prayers to John’s folks, brother, and kids❤❤
@@colemacedo-phillips5768 John had a head injury (EMT said he had a hematoma on his head). The facial symptoms (bulging eyes) resulted from intracranial pressure IMO.
And a lousy homicide investigation. I respect cops. But John deserved an objective, professional & detailed investigation. Thank goodness the FBI was involved at some point. Imo this trial is causing more questions than answers. RIP John👮🏼♂️❤️🙏
@@milart12maybe if the prosecution had a solid case, by day 17 of trial, we would have all that information, but we dont- because they don’t. It’s not the defenses job to prove her innocence or exactly what happened to John, but they’re doing a great job so far connecting all these dots with these trash people- that DONT connect with Karen killing John, especially intentionally. This whole thing is bs- and I pray the federal investigation gives us, and the family answers.
Agreed Colin and John argued Brian A got involved and Cloe did as well ending with a fall down into basement where John hit the back of his head and eithe lost consiousness or died there. The family panicked and didn't want Colin to have to spend time in prison so concocted a story to cover for Colin. That is my belief of what happened! I would not be surprised to find out that Brian Higgens was the one to carry Johns body outside!

They dodge because they know the lawyer is trying to catch them in some small discrepancy. You'd be ultra careful too if you thought anything you said could be used to make you look like a conspirator or murderer.
His entire demeanor and tone of voice changed the moment the defense asked the first question. He seemed very affable during the prosecution’s questioning and very combative and defensive during cross-examination
They don't like to be cross examined because the lawyer is allowed to "lead" which they are not in direct examination. It makes them uncomfortable. Really fast.
Lawyers keep asking witnesses if they noticed any injuries on colin or john. They swiftly answer no, almost before attorney finished asking question. Lot quicker than other answers
Unless a person is naked & a head to toe physical examination is completed. A person could have injuries you may not see. I was in the medical field for decades. RIP John 👮🏼♂️❤️🙏
This judge is generous sustaining the prosecution's objections. It's like she's saying, "Objection sustained, as it would be devastating to the prosecution's case!"
She has sustained as many prosecution objections to the defenses cross-examination than the prosecution has asked questions. I hope she’s as liberal on cross-examination from the prosecution. I have felt she is biased towards the prosecution from day 1. She is easily agitated when the defense is questioning the witness
Why do these lawyers just say Objection without stating the objection basis like good lawyers do? This is totally different to listening to Prosecution in the Daybell trial
Totally agree. The ‘leading’ and ‘testimony’ is off the rails. Judge allows it and doesn’t admonish the lawyers for it. Do they not require it in this state?
It’s a “ritual” to host a pizza party every time his nieces or nephews turn 21 but he doesn’t remember who the last one was for or when??? He also didn’t want to be tempted with pizza because he was doing a weight loss challenge but he went to a bar and drank beer? This guy is a liar!!!!!
ALL of them thought this was going to get buried just like the rest of the corruption they covered up in the past. They never thought any of this would see the light of day that’s why they were so sloppy! Just get their story straight with each other and that’s it nothing else would ever come of it. They thought Karen was going to lay down and take it and take a deal.
@@weebig If she had hit him with the car he would have had lower body injuries. He didn't, his head was split open & his injuries were to head, face & shoulders. This man was badly beaten & left out in the snow to die.
I believe he is lying. There is a bigger story here of what the altercation was about and who probably punched whom. Something is fishy in Denmark. My heart breaks for the loss of Mr. OKeefe’s life.
Right! Why were so many Albert’s & McCabe’s (& others) texting & calling John that night?? Making SURE he was going bar hopping & ending at Albert’s home. Weird.
@@milart12 Just watch Colin Alberts videos and you will understand. He is a meat head deluxe. But he has had good training from the Police. Its fine to drink at age 17, great example on how to obey laws. Sure kids do it but in a police officers house?
@@milart12 I have Not really watched many of his videos. He has too many. Mostly court records and evidence from court records phone records. BTW I think he weighed more both the Okeef and Colin. I never heard of this case 2 weeks ago. I have no alliance to any news channels. This case is about Karen Read. Commonwealth vs Karen Read. Not Common wealth vs anyone else. I first thought Karen Read did it on first read and she still might have done it. The bigger more glaring issue is the Police force corruption and conflicts of interest. So no matter of he was beat up or she ran him over that part remains and is why they are finally going to do a Audit of the Towns police force. That will probably the Justice O'Keef died for. The exposure of the system. You need step back and look at the big picture. The trial is not over yet. And the FBI lays in wait watching. BTW the Police chief of Canton recently ran over a blind man in a cross walk in daylight wearing bright reflect safety gear. She finally came forward and say her only wish is she had come forward sooner. She choose that wish over "Maybe I should have not been speeding" etc. The tone deaf nature of her statement is telling.
If there are any authorities left in the area there, all arrests, etc. where anyone in the Albert family was involved, should be re-opened. Any testimony they gave at trials should be re-examined. Also, this ATF agent who is sitting on the stand lying through his teeth, to save the real murderers.
This guy is clearly lying and was squirming like a worm through the whole cross examination. Even with the judges suspicious generosity with sustaining objection these people are all lying.

When he's asked how long he's been married he doesn't know exactly how long he says around 21 years but when asked how long he's owned the pizza shop he knows exactly how long "25 years in March"

I have never listened to a trial like this before this is so interesting gettin to hear tons of questions, which ones are acceptable what the answers are. At times it feels like watching cow being nudged towards a slaughter machine. This is intense. As for the this case in particular I’m not convinced she hit him on purpose nor by accident. Something is weird here.

Distance brings time in to question and therefore any actions done during that said period. These type of questions play a vital into the big picture for the jury.
Talking about selling the house prior is a lie. The sniffles is his tell. They way he answered about the injuries I believe it’s because the looked for and discussed injuries. How did they text pictures of the house if he didn’t have his number? This is messed up.
Agree you can't But there are no good Before photos of the taillight. It may have been broken the day before and no one noticed. They needed to pull camera footage of the days before to find if it was broken 3 days prior. Then it would be a non issues. Since we have no clear photos one can only speculate. Some people do not notice stuff like that. I know many people that have a wheel about to fall off a riding mower and I see it right away, while they never noticed. Its possible it was broken for much longer than 1 day. Or it may have fallen out in the driveway or road later from hitting bumps etc. Cracked then vibrated out of the light. The police and tow driver failed to take any before photos (huge mistake) and they failed to show any photos of the LEDS before they tampered with the light. And the worse is they had the blood open in a bag next to the car. Just shoddy police work.
Someone was using a snow blower at JO'K's home the morning after. But from video of her backing out did her vehicle hit JO'K's vehicle with the top tail lights or lower part of her vehicle?

Chris Albert only served SIX months for a DUI hit and run homicide case(ironic I know)when he was 22 years old. All thanks to his lawyer, who just happens to be the brother of THIS judge.
So her lawyers are either huge liars or Albert is. It is kinda crazy lawyers can ask questions even knowing they aren't correct but it puts ideas inside the jury's mind. Pretty smart.

Jen McCabe's 2:27 am Google search 3 hours before John's body was found - "Hos long to die in cold" ...deleted search history later recovered by the FBI. Deleting shows consciousness of guilt. At the start of Jen McCabe's re-cross, Alan Jackson gets Jen to confirm that, in April 2023, there were public hearings about her cellbrite extraction & the "Hos long to die in cold" Google search. That's when harassment began, as the public was outraged to learn that she had allowed John to die in the cold. Only then, 2 months later, in June 2023, a year & a half after John died, did Jen claim Karen said, "I hit him, I hit him, I hit him" for the 1st time - in order to redirect the public's finger-pointing away from her & onto Karen. She never told anyone this during the police investigation.
