First time home Buyers
Beginning to end.
We went under contract in July to start building our home from the ground up. Our home was completed in December.
5 bed 3 bath
We didn’t run into any bidding wars or waiting list.
We picked a lot, paid earnest money, and went under contract!
Covid supply chain shortages did effect our process a little but we are so happy our home is complete!

Be very inquisitive! Ask, ask, and ask more questions. Always be in the know about what’s going on with your property during the building process. No question is stupid! It also lets them know that you’re watching to make sure your home is done right. Dan Ryan has a lot of great upgrades and added features that you wouldn’t think about. Just make sure everything on your end is good so everything runs smooth. Great company to build with!
