Nice home and I think you made the wise decision to add hardwood floors or the floors of your choice after closing. Most people end up replacing their floors at some point, so why pay interest on upgraded floors when it's something you can do yourself.

I've been posting empty house tours (still undergoing construction) and model home tours. Is the builder True Homes? It looks like a True Homes floor plan. Love the butler's pantry. And we are so similar - didnt like certain options from the builder so I got what came standard and will do the upgrade myself. The cutting board is beautiful. I selected the same counter tops! I'll definitely be tuning in to more of your videos.

Cute house, I absolutely hate carpet prefer hardwoods through out. I love white cabinets neutral light colors. I do agree the lighting needs changed through out the home.

So many things to comment on...I'll pick one. Carpet 🤦‍♂️....before living in Europe, I knew nothing but carpet in most of the house. NOW....never again. At most, a rug in specific places....and I really don't even need that. Hard wood, tile, laminate...WAAAAAYYYYYY easier to keep up with/clean then carpet. And they all last longer and look better/hold up to time wear and tear way better. Now with the invention of crocs or if you have the money radiant heated floors,...I'll never go back to carpet.
