Gee, I am a home body. This area is only a few hours from me. I am not ambitious I guess to explore. Beautiful views. Moo-moo stays on the trail without a lease. I see her sitting in back sit, she is a darling sweetie.

Correct, no more Flag. Forest Service posted a closure order in Jan. on their site. All the usual haunts closed 2 yrs. The new closure included ALL of Flag. The museum fire (and prev. close calls) prompted this closure, not the virus as some thought. It has left those who spend summers in Flag with nowhere to camp. Boondocking impossible as well. Cracker Barrel overrun with boondockers= 50 rigs/night.
That tree-chair is so cool! Great hike. Naturally my favorite parts are when we get to see Moo Moo and Olive. Moo Moo laying in the grass sunning is so precious. Hugs and kissies to Moo Moo and Olive! Good health and happiness to you!

Ok, well I’m back in Washington State. Eastern Washington 2600ft and 27 miles from Wenatchee Washington at my brothers. Nice and cool glad I left North Las Vegas when I did was going to get hot. And is now, stay safe and enjoy Onward Bound!!! 😎👍❤️
It's been a long time since I've talked to you.I got me a new RV and now I can't go anywhere!!!!! South Carolina just opened up again, restaurants and some bars, but that's okay I need to get new tires anyway My RV is a 2000 and the tires are over 7years old. Isn't it funny how in-shape you can feel until you go up in altitude? Altitude has always kicked my butt, and the first few days I always have a headache. Once you're acclimatized, hiking is much more fun. Another beautiful day in a place I'll probably never seen again, thanks. 🌝
Ausia, Thanks for the update on BLM camping. We're hoping that because of all this stuff..... The Govt doesn't shut down some of the free camping spots. We're laying low waiting for things to calm down, hope we can get going by first of June.... God bless..... C-YA

Moomoo the fearless adventurer trying to investigate the cave awww too cute it was funny you were talking about what it would take to want to go in the cave and next moomoo tries going in and your like no moomoo .I love seeing how happy nomad dogs and some cats look too .I can't wait to get on the road with mine and give it a go I figured if i don't like it I can always go back.
Good day Ausia and moo moo I can't believe you are less than 500 ft from my house I had to work 5/7/ at Safeway for 7 hrs all that you hiked is Coconino forest land there is no BLM around this area But I have to say when they close the forest soon because of fire danger and this will happen soon before our rainy season starts around july 4 you can camp mostly anywhere for 14 days must look at the map for those places its free on the internet I am looking tomorrow to possibly buy my first rv and go out and explore BE THIRSTY MY FRIENDS
BLM has well managed the forest in Flagstaff. That's how every forest should look. The trees are well placed and no thick tall growth under the trees. Congratulation BLM for a job well done.
@@RippSnortin I have camped out in the A-1 mountain area west of Flagstaff and that was the first thing I noticed once I got settled in because I didn't see any fallen tree branches or other material on the ground. Truly as if someone had raked it up for miles around.
@@survivortechharold6575 right, I live at 6000 ft in the mountains. That may be the way that a forest should look if it's made to look like that, but it doesn't happen naturally. They have obviously done some work to mitigate fire danger. If you think that's the way a forest looks naturally, then you've never been in one.
