I think 2020 being hard on everyone and more time at home out of a routine led to not working out and eating a lot of comfort food, then I just realized I wasn’t really doing anything. It was a struggle to just wash the dishes. I’m getting to a better place now though.

I have a harder time in the winter for sure.
