Finally a video where flocculant didn't clear a pool in 24 hours. I treated mine about 20 hours ago and know it can take 24+ hours but zero changes so far. But the fact that it did the same thing to you gives me some relief that I need to just wait it out and it's hopefully working just slowly. I just wish I was in the 24 hr or less group! Lol
I did this mine looks like yours before you started vacuuming. My issue now is I don’t have a sand filter so I don’t have a vacuum to waste setting. I also have a rechargeable pool vacuum that is great at picking up sand and everything else but not great at picking up the stuff that sunk 😭😭😭 it kind of mixes it around. what do you think I can do to get it out. ?
Thank you, today is day 3 and it’s pretty clear but I’m going to wait one more day. After I vacumm everything out, I tested the pool chlorine and it’s very low, should I shock it after?
Hi we have a sand pump when vacuuming how do we keep the output from putting water into the pool and stirring up everything? Is that was vac to waste does
You can leave your floater installed 🙂 absolutely if your chlorine level is low add shock 🙂 abundance of chlorine loss could be due to low stabilizer level / cyanuric acid 🙂 chlorine stabilizer acts as a sunscreen to prevent UV rays from robbing the goodies from your pool 😋
I balanced my PH and I flocked the pool .. I’m not seeing any difference in the cloudiness yet but after this I’m going to shock it but then after that my pool only stays good until someone uses it then it’s back to cloudy
