@Ozgun Can you talk more about Transients? (*Regards to elements in the mix) What’s considered a transient and what type of transients need tuning over others? Such as kicks, what types of kicks needs tuning and what types don’t need tuning? Because I’ve noticed there’s some sample packs like KSHMR pack that label the signature root note of punchy and short kicks and I get them confused?
Transients are the "click" or "attack" parts of the samples. First hit of the kick, the peak looking part. They don't need to be tuned or pitched. Usually when you pitch them they also sound very bad. For example when you pitch a kick you should divide it to 2 parts and pitch the tail part, not the transient.
