Where is his family??? In my immediate family there would be an intervention or something before anyone went this far. His family knew so much and were indifferent.
I worked with a lady who was catfished by multiple people who obviously weren't real and we all told her that. She was sending some of these guys thousands of dollars. Eventually CPS came and took her child away because she was giving her catfish her 6 year old daughters cell phone number in case they couldn't reach her! You just can't make this shit up.
Don't forget the woman that married a ghost. Claimed she became pregnant and had a child with said ghost, then went to a spirit medium to exorcise that ghost because he became abusive
See the sad part about this is, this actually does happen in real life. There’s a guy I went to middle school with, and he talked to this pretty girl only *one* time in high school and now he makes these huge love posts to her on Facebook, even though she’s engaged to somebody else. Not gonna lie, a bunch of people who see these posts, all of us come together and we’re talking like “should we…call the cops…?😅” the worst part is, he even looks like a pred😅
he does seem like a nice guy, but from how he is showing himself, I would say he doesn't talk with women much, has no confidence to talk to women and when he is shown interest, jumps off the cliff to hold onto it, even though deep down he knows
the saddest part of all this is that many men who are desperately looking for love are victims of this kind of thing! they have wasted years of their lives talking to the thief who hides behind the profile of a very beautiful woman, without ever having a real encounter! and then they emotionally blackmail the victim to take money from them, otherwise they will disappear, and the victim has no choice! and later when we found out that the person behind this beautiful woman profile is a man! if the shock of the truth is very intense, it can drive the victim to suicide! Women too are victims of this kind of thing! Not just men!
Honestly after being in so many long distance relationships(mainly due to my social anxiety at the time) I learned from a young age about the signs of a catfish and although I never been catfished,but being someone on the outside looking in with the situations,I really don't see how anyone falls for it,I mean we have shows like catfished that exposes their game and two the photos they steal be a dead give away with how low quality it be and some just screams 2008. I feel bad. A lot of men feel desperate and catfishing, E girls, and overall stringing along is common cause they feel that low in life. He should workout, gain some confidence, and work on his income if he needs it.

This guy catfished me with a photo of Andy Biersack when I was in high school lmao I felt so dumb. We talked on the phone but every time I asked him to video chat and he told me his front camera was broken (me, a dumb 14 year old believed it lmao) and he needed a new phone before he could do that. I went to school showing all my friends my "boyfriend" and they just looked at me crazy asf. The one true one I had pulled me to the side and was like "That's not your boyfriend, that's Andy Biersack." And I was like Who!?😂 She showed me Google pics and music videos of him and his band Black Veil Brides on her phone. I was beyond embarrassed lmao. I confronted him about it and he tried to keep up the lie, said that Andy was his "twin cousin". TWIN COUSIN😂? I was so mad😂. BUT I kept talking to him because I actually liked him, we'd talked and all and I finally talked him into video chatting me so I could actually see the real him. He wasn't THAT bad looking, had a little weight on him tho, so we stuck with it and ended up meeting. Ended up getting engaged to the dude when I turned 18 (he was 22 by then.) We're not together anymore but it can happen lmao. One of the only dudes I ever actually loved.
