Idea is very good but please make sure all regions develop equally also. Develop Amaravati with good infrastructure with optimising costs. Like we don't need metro in Amaravati until it reaches 1 crore population like Hyd, Blr. On road trains and wide roads are more than enough. Let's not spend too much in one place. Let the private players develop Amaravati. We need to develop Rayalaseema and North Andhra as well.

For anything to happen, you need vision and act step by step. Nothing happens overnight. It will take years. Everything is not for present, we need to think for next gen same as how you buy property to grow for next years not overnight
