Typical police behavior, ask them a perfectly reasonable question, quite politely and they just ignore you, turn their back and walk away. When they want to know something (name, address, what your doing etc although you are behaving totally legal) and YOU don't want to talk to them, you are being rude, evasive, unreasonable, suspicious, shifty, not normal, covert etc. Next time a copper want's to talk, walk away and if they get upset, show them this video on your phone. All good stuff, showing us how it really is.

@@charliepearce8767 They do not even need training. A little git, a couple of years ago, stopped me in a shopping mall and accused me of swearing in public, which is not a criminal offense. I asked him to prove it. He repeated his accusation. I repeated, Prove it. This went on for around ten minutes, the little chap getting rather upset, to the point that he shouted Fuck Off. I turned to Petch, his mate and asked him to arrest Gillon for swearing in public. They both beetled off. Took the force to the County Court and won. The thing that these gits cannot answer is if you continue to repeat your question, rather than engage in conversation.
Another one that should not be on our streets. Imagine someone going to them for help - they would have got as much help from police as that poor mother and daughter who were murdered in Birmingham recently because the police refused to go to their help after 4 phone calls I believe. Where were the police? I bet you they were busy with their extortion racket as I believe it to be, on innocent drivers or people filming and the like.
CMG should be called OMG .The only pain in the arse was how long it took to load 1 car,reminded me of my stint in hospital,that also was a slow recovery.Also he said lucky your recording,thats a threat,and he was lucky it wasnt me recording.Good one AB, highlighting the unprofessional.

The law is only enforced downwards. If you threaten someone above you in the social hierarchy - prosecution. If a police officer or affiliate corporate worker threatens a member of the public - denial/justification.

Back in the day, they would contact you so you could go pick up your stolen car and deal with any tickets using your crime number, today they tow it and you get to pay a hefty sum into their coffers.
Hi AB, despite the long time, 15 minute + and the back chat from CMG guy’s doing the work, it was a smooth operation. Here in New Zealand, you would require 48 hours notice, 50,000 orange cones, two big truck with impact bumper and a 3 mitre high LED sign attached, warring the traffic to stop and to top it off a yellow reflecting ribbon barrier to stop pedestrians from walking under the suspended car. Thanks for the content it was great as usual.

You should go an audit those places cazoo, cinch etc who sell cars that have been smashed up and then repaired. Seems they get angry at people seeing the cars smashed before repairs.

You got me clicking the like button before 44 seconds had passed, that also include my own personal reaction time. I did so chuckled here, 03:20. I luv'd the way they moved the car using one truck to load it onto another truck cool, although around 4 mins into the video I was thinking "what is he doing going so slow for". Every time they work a second over every half hour they get payed handsomely. It just shows that the tortoise beats the hare again. AB you are always interesting to watch.
If anyone’s wondering, the Volvo XC90 would be too heavy for the truck with the lift as it was a 7.5 tonne………never seen them do a transfer like that before though. So that’s why it was done the way it was done, so leave them alone as they are doing something you don’t understand.

The responsibility lies entirely with him. If there is an accident and he was found to be unsafe, negligent or responsible in any way, he could end up in court and even face charges. He's doing the job, not you.

The CMG lad was clean shaven when he pulled up to that car. Taking three years to load a car when there’s half the city backed up. Less time giving cheek. PSCO was a bit rude.
As of 18 Nov 2022 the vehicle in the video remains MOT, ROAD TAXED & INSURED TOO. Apparently, they got tickets so they must have just reported it stolen so they don't have to pay MARSTONS the hefty thug recovery fees. If it was stolen then the insurance would have been canceled immediately not show as insured too. So the tickets got it picked up and the council wants to make money by selling the vehicle.
These guys were incompetent. When a car gets removed from my street, they are in and out in 5 minutes and that is including the pictures they have to take to show there was already damage before they remove it.
