Okay I'm retired law enforcement and I can't do this anymore but back in the day day day I can tell you this physical fitness test is total SH1T... although I had trouble in the Marathon distance coming in at about 4 hours and 15 minutes from 1 mile to 30k I could hand people their asss here... I am not the runners dimension 6ft 4in 200lb, but my best half marathon time was 7 Minutes one second per mile for 13.1 miles my five mile marker was that 6 minutes 45 seconds per mile let's see these recruits do that
