I paid for my fares so I have the right to complain, that’s not called convenience then. Only I face this with sbs other operators, at least they have other solution or tell you ahead as a courtesy manner. Not this sbs, don’t even know why they even won the tender for Yishun. Lta is blind I guess.. maybe you are a bus captain of sbs ? If you, don’t think as a driver, you should think as a commuter. Yes I understand the stress of the driver. It depends whether it was peak period or off peak period. Off peak period normally takes 15 minutes to arrive.
