And guess what, it's still happening when it comes to getting our students the same clinical training as the colleges. I've been told my school has to be accredited in order for my students to come to a hospital for clinicals. How about that!

My phlebotomy training program is approved by the IBHE!

Hey Victoria! I'm in Indiana. Thank you for this insight. I'm going to most definitely follow you on this case. This is crazy that they overlooked the state approved training programs in Minnesota where they should have been given an opportunity to be informed and apply. You got a point regarding the federal law as its OUTDATED. This is very interesting. Thank you for sharing.

Hey Victoria!! I AM HOT!! I’m in Michigan and the amount of red tape surrounding CNA training approvals is ridiculous.

Yes! Every state is ridiculous. I am Hoping this law suit draws attention to the disparities surrounding these programs

Tennessee Arkansas and Mississippi had the same issue who do the school owner’s contact to file a suit also

You would need to hire an attorney in that state for representation.

I agree! They did however I don’t know but maybe two schools that got the money. Here in Ga is was put on the students and not the programs to apply for the funding. That was also very different.

Cna career pathway initiative in GA, had an 11 million dollar grant. When we finally received a response the money had been exhausted
