Thanks a lot for tons of information ! we have bought a wonderful Maverick 4x8 from Legacy , it`s a fantastic machine but our local distributor here in Norway didn't provide any training at all , they just dumped the machine in the workshop , connected it and within few hours they were gone ! we had no idea about programing, picking the right tools, speed and feed rate . we ran everything at 2400 rpm with a feed rate of 80ips :) we are slowly getting there thank to people like you providing us with so much useful info , i really enjoy your vids and i would like to express my gratitude , THANK YOU !
Thanks for the tiling portion of this video. I have the same cnc Shark machine and have done many things with it and was thinking of trying tiling next. This video answers many of my questions and will likely save some expensive wood from the trash bin. Thank You
Excellent video. Thank you for tips at the end. Great information on tiling and chip loads. Now I need to get to work on a project, before I forget everything I just learned!
I would put this in the 'Whimsical' category of furniture. I made a whimsical cartoon style dresser recently by cutting the profiles in 2 inch thick layers before gluing the pieces together.
