3 foot by 2 foot LED cnc carved Oak sign.
We took raw oak planks and jointed them using a 8" Jet jointer, a Dewalt 12" planer, wood glue, and 1 1/2" hardwood pocket screws.
Used our Workbee cnc with water cooled spindle, and 1/4" end Mill bit, carved the sign. We run our cam/cad on V Carve Pro, and our CNC controller system is from OpenBuilds, grbl.
LED light is Lithium Lighting. On and off switch with AC/DC conversion.
Spray paint is jet black quick drying: cheep brand!
We finished the sign with Rust-oleum Antique blue stain. And cured the sign with a top quality mineral oil/wax mix.
