I'm trying to setup my PP from Aspire for my home built CNC plasma. Do I need a different PP for every different thickness metal I cut? The reason I ask is because or pierce height and delay will be different according to thickness cut? Thank you for all your help in the CNC community around the world. I have watched many of your videos and read many of your forum post. I have been using a cnc router for a long time but getting into Plasma.
Thanks for sharing this I have VCarve desktop and a router cnc, and a plasma torch and now a new project. I hope you don’t mind if I pick your brain or ask you for some already created gcode?
I could do that but it WON'T BE ANY GOOD to you. It is specific to my plasm, control software, THC, even to my personal edits of the control software. Macros are written in the language required by the software used. You need to understand what YOUR setup needs in the way of gcode. THC requirements. Macro language Etc.
