Hello Guys, Sorry for not able to upload more videos, actually I did this video as my students had lot of queries on this topic before exam but I am not able to meet them personally to explain!! So I had taken this option of recording at home and uploading in RU-vid!! Now I am working as lecturer in one of the polytechnic college at Bahrain and not in a situation to continue to record some stuff on CNC, hope you understand!! Good explanation with sample. I'm aware that this is sample code, but need some more clarity for the users. some points given below: 1. Add the tool change code before N02 Block 2. Try to start with X-20 Y-20 first. in your program while going to point one. cutter will remove excess material near O. 3. Please use G43 cutter length compensation while going into Z direction for cutting with H offset 4. Use G42 while moving to point one X0 Y0. 5. In N06 you explained very well that, since G01 is model code no need to give Y0 again. similarly you can skip the next upcoming G01 lines. 6. once cutting the part is finished we can stop the spindle in N14 also you can explain the coolant on / off codes

Mam ur voice and explanation, clarity ,fluent and flow of words, language, is similar to my mam for a while from starting to till end and then realise that ur that mam which i thought ( i thought ur my school teacher ) .🙂by the way fabulous way of teaching.
