When co workers of my friend came to her funeral, I already knew who was full of ish. My friend and I spoke about them prior to her passing. If you appreciate a co worker or employee, tell them or better yet show them. Treat them as colleagues, pay them what they're worth, give them time off when they need it.

I agree completely with what you said. While she sometimes annoyed me greatly, I found her commentary to be mostly honest according to her opinion and quite sharp. As much as I disagreed with her, I'll miss her presence.

It took him and her family completely by surprise. She had been in seeming good health and just died within a month. And I remember this well because I had been chatting with her on Facebook messenger, talking about our high school reunion that was coming up and how I was looking forward to meeting her. One day I stopped hearing from her and after a couple of weeks I grew concerned and asked my friend from high school what was going on and he told me that she was in the hospital. A few days after that, she had passed away.
