"CNN anchor Dana Bash began her show Wednesday with an ominous indictment of the pro-Palestinian protests that have gripped college campuses across the country and the rising anti-Semitism in the U.S.
“Welcome to Inside Politics. I’m Dana Bash. We start with destruction, violence and hate on college campuses across the country. This was the scene just a short while ago at the University of Wisconsin, Madison,” Bash began as she showed images of various protest sites, adding:
Police clashing with protesters. 12 people were arrested. Hours earlier, protests rocked the University of Arizona, where campus police used chemical irritant munitions to remove protesters. Around the same time, at UCLA pro-Israel and pro-Palestinian groups were attacking each other, hurling all kinds of objects: a wood pallet, fireworks, parking cones, even a scooter. And before that, the NYPD was able to clear Columbia University after protesters barricaded themselves inside a campus building. 300 people were arrested at Columbia and City College of New York. But it is unclear how many were actually students. New York City Mayor Eric Adams warned this morning that professional outside agitators are getting involved."

Well this event have similar in Thailand history, we refer to that dark day as the Thammasat Massacre. But the Americans had not yet reached that level. On that day, the Thai government announced that students protesting peacefully at a university protesting the war in Vietnam and denounced the fascist dictatorship government as evil communists. They allowed right-wing extremists and the police, military to crack down on students with brutal, barbaric, inhumane in the way you cannot imagine. I hop American will not do the same mistake like us.

The University and law enforcement allowed the Israeli students to attack the peaceful pro-Palestine protestors. Then, Law enforcement just backed off and let the violence go on for hours before the university police decided to ask for help so they could stop the assault on the pro-Palestine protestors by the pro-Israel protesters. According to a news statement, the chief said they only had 5 or 6 officers on duty, and when something started happening, they pulled these officers out because it was unsafe. It makes no sense; there are major protests, but you only keep 5 -6 Officers on duty for it, and when something happens, they leave and take a long while before you ask for assistance, while the Pro Isreal protestors beat the others. They didn't decide to call for mutual assistance then; they just waited awhile. Then, in a magical amount of time, they decided to ask for help from other agencies. You have to wonder why they finally decided to ask for help, why did they wait. Did they stay because they wanted to give the Isreal protest enough time to have fun assaulting the Pro Palestine protestors It sure looks like the university police were supporting the pro-Israel protestors and allowed them to attack the Palestine protestors. The University Police and University President need to be removed immediately. Just my personal opinion

If we noticed the Jewish student said "My class is over there, I want to use that entrance" To me it sounds like there are other entrances he could have gone to and still get to his class.. It may have been a little longer but Im sure arguing about it was wasting time as well. But that was what he was doing. Trying to make the protesters wrong..there was another way to get to his class.!
