Who stands to gain? I live in the EU and every country will be spending BILLIONS upon BILLIONS of dollars on defense over the next 5-10 years. Where do you think that money will go?? Russia is NOT an enemy. But it’s in the US governments best interest to fool us into thinking they are. I did not like the way Ana seemed to be defending MTG, who is indeed a Putin puppet. Nor did I like her characterization of the US as supporting “endless wars.” The U.S. didn’t start this war in Ukraine - Putin did. If we don’t help Ukraine now, Putin will go even further and ignite World War Three. It is definitely in the national interest of the US to provide aid to Ukraine and therefore weaken and push back Russia. It is also unfair to blame democrats for helping Johnson stay in power when the only alternative would be chaos and a total collapse of our government when it comes to paying our bills and avoiding a financial meltdown. It’s time for pragmatism and compromise - not ideological purity tests or mindless populist posturing.

At the tail end of this segment there is a call out about Ben Gleib. It exists both on the Left and the Right where people's sensibilities are hurt when an opinion on the panel differs than your own... this in fact, is what a snowflake is. People are so hypocritical when it comes to 'free speech'... it's only applicable when the narrative agrees with their opinion. Grow up people.
If I'm going to leave my kids in the "safety of schools" I'd argue for armed professional security, not teachers. If that's good enough for a politician, it should be good enough for my children. I don't want to force a teacher to take up arms. But if a teacher has a clean record and wants to take up firearm safety to protect our children, I'm all for that. The teachers are the last line of defense for the children and should be allowed to defend the students to the best of their abilities. That being said, I would trust the teachers that taught me to defend my kids since none of my teachers were groomers. But I know some of my teachers would never decide to do that because they don't want to harm anyone. And I don't blame them. Their job description says teach, not shoot a shooter and risk their lives. Blanketing all teachers as groomers is dumb. Are there teachers that groom kids? Yes. One was just arrested in Milwaukee. But not everyone in a category is a bad person unless the category is bad people.
Trump seems to be winning every delay tactic. The people trying to stop him are inept and afraid. Our legal system is corrupt & afraid of Trump. He’s going to win because the good man waited way too long and did nothing.
I wouldn't get behind MTG for calling out military funding. Her motives for doing so are not legit. And she has publicly supported Russia, so not sure why Anna is all of a sudden being selective in her commentary. Stop being naive in thinking that if the US only focuses on the US that everything else happening in the world will not affect us sooner or later. I'm getting a little fed up with these commentators acting like they know better, and yet all they do is talk. Easy to be on the sidelines just talking.

She repeats the lies and propaganda distributed by Russia and Russia since America agreed the aid started a massive push to grab as much land as possible before that aid arrives. Yes, questions should be asked, however, a full and rounded look at the why territory has been lost i.e. Ukraine has almost run out shells and other essential supplies. If you can't fire at soldiers firing at you, how do you stop them taking you territory? When Ukraine was funded, they were taking back land..... Putin is not stopping at Ukraine, he has already stated that. He will attempt to take NATO territory and then rather funding a small war, America will be in a big one.

I consume my news from a large number of different outlets on several platforms because someone always spins the facts, leaves something out or completely ignores important news. I can make up my owm mind and form my own opinions, it's access to info from the great to the minute details that interests me. Your (and most media outlet) sincerety stopped mattering to me a long time ago. If we could trust the people who provide our news to be honest and sincere all of the time, the world would be a better place. Sensationalism makes more money though. You can't choose your audience like we can't choose the quality of our newscasters and journalists. We have to hope that we can trust you guys.
