Hey Berto, these are inspirational vids, I know I’ve said it before, but this content keeps my son focused on what can be done natural and to not look to the dark side for gains. The young fella is 15, 6’5 and 98 kg and seeing you and the other members of the team gives him the tools and inspiration to want to stay natural, you guys have got him thinking a lot different now. He sees now a top body can be achieved with hard work and without taking enhancements. Thanks again mate!

I personally met Greg Rando at my gym. He used to train and work there. Unfortunately he moved to Florida several years ago. He’s a good guy. He even gave me some clothes and shoes that he didn’t need. Saludos, bro.
Awesome video Berto! Man I’m doing my first natural contest prep right now for the inbf and you talking about getting fixated on a certain weight is really helpful. I’m kinda doing that now even though I know I have to get more shredded still. 10 years in natural and this first prep has been a fun journey so far!

What an epic list! Thank you for sharing this. Jim Cordova is always my personal favorite. I remember reading about Greg Rando in that exact same magazine and was so inspired and grateful for my own gifts.
