Examples abound (video) where Cormani needed assistance and "HE" didn't do what he needed to do to perform. When the coach is asked, "Why didn't Cormani see the field?" The answer is, "He (Cormani) needs to read the playbook." The playbook is digital and records player usage. What should a coach do if a player refuses to attend class and read the playbook? This isn't a CU, coach, or current player issue. This is a Cormani maturity issue. When we believe a player should relax (not attend classes and not read the playbook) and play, we're not talking about a player who plays for Coach Sanders.

He stands in the middle of his team during a practice, walking around, looking at the ground saying: Deyawn: "Today, we gonna work. Yeah. We gonna work today, boy. Uh, huh...we gone work. WHAT WE GONNA DO??!!" Team: "WORK" Deyawn: "Yeah, we gonna work". That is the extent of Deyawn's coaching. Oh, other than saying, "where's my theme music?! Not OUR theme music, MY theme music.
